      Few responsibilities Managers don't criticize you much if they don't have anything against you since they themselves don't feel rewarded for doing anything.

      Cons

      Management does not easily side with its employees over issues The single toilet to the entire supermarket took roughly a month to repair. Filthy. No Chance for growth
