Pros
Even though I was never looking for a job in the grocery industry, I really enjoyed my time at IGA. The people I worked with were amazing, and management were always people who really understood the industry. I was able to grow within the company, and really felt part of a team.
Cons
Customers will always be the worst part of any customer service job, but that is hardly IGA’s fault. Just be prepared to be blamed for everything and yelled at on a regular basis by ignorant customers.
