Pros
The work was relatively easy and upper management was nice. Work can be very busy due to lack of available man hours or holidays but that can be both a pro or a con depending on what you prefer
Cons
Working in customer service means dealing with anoying customers and they didn't seem to keen on giving out much of a raise. Moving up in the store was easy to a point, then you will stagnate until upper management retires or you will have to move to another store to get a higher position.
