      Pros

      Time off was okay, and on site cafeteria was convenient.

      Cons

      Low pay, no room to advance, always hiring from outside, place smells really bad, and benefits are horrible. Extreme nepotism and have to know somebody to move up.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      Cons

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
