      Colleagues are great. There is also a lot of felxibility/empowerment on how to get the job done.

      Lots of big ideas with little execution. Lack of conectivty between division with a lot of leveraged funcations

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
