      Pros

      Working with a team teaching of brother and sisters keeper. The pay was fair and loved working in a manufacturing plant.

      Cons

      The management was at times very disorganized and non understanding. The company’s work schedule did not balance out work/life balance at all and progressively got worse through the years.

      Learning opportunities People are nice and willing to teach/learn

      No room to move up, though you’re encouraged to grow your skillset Very few hiring opportunities, no backfilling of positions In order to move up, you must show you can perform at that next level, while still doing your current job Very few promotion cycles (1-2/yr) Ineffective management Recent layoffs (2025-2016)
