      lunch provided so we can save time. a lot of training available and encouraged. doctors and psychiatrist available at working hours

      not flexible on Hybrid work for some position and any office movement not accompanied with proper commute strategy for the employees

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
