      Not many. Make ok money if you work 60 hours a week

      Cons

      Low pay turd hours. Shift work. Change sleep schedule every 7 days. Managers dumb as duck and don’t care.

      Pay is good, benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Garbage fire of a company. Leadership likes telling each other stories that aren't based in reality, and they won't fix the long term issues that matter. R&D severely underinvested in. Impossible to influence anyone who matters as they only listen up.
