      Pros

      Generous PTO & paid holidays, decent salary, casual Friday, incentives provided by department manager when special projects are completed. No micromanagement. Access to management. Job stability. Overall a great place to work with nice, helpful people.

      Cons

      Subpar training and limited time to "get" your job. Quite a bit of intra departmental clique-ness.
