Pros
Remote Full-Time I was able to perform my work independently without a lot of management influence.
Cons
I really don't have anything good to say about ICON plc. Not sure this company knows what it is doing with its resources or its assets. I am not sure my job function is "redundant" if the company decides to hire for the same function in a different location. What the company spins with internal communication and what I lived as reality are two different worlds. There is a total lack off ownership of people, processes, and things.
