Friendly atmosphere accross the company Employees well informed about all important matters by the most Senior Management Salary package at the top when compared with other CROs
Cons
Promotions not clear. It takes a long time to get promoted in comparison with other CROs. Does not really seem the promotions would be related to performance. People overworked. Company growing too quickly and the quality seems to not mach the speed of the growth at all. Lack of F2F training.
