Pros

Only positive was that I worked directly at the client and I was assigned to top projects thanks to my line manager

Cons

No bonus, lower than average salaries, no salary yearly review as only a very small percentage of employees can rank higher and receive a salary raise which is very SYMBOLIC (I was receiving it many years). The company decided to cut salary during COVID-19 even the workload of people was much higher. I understand that all businesses were affected by pandemic, but this company forced an illegal salary reduction on their employees ( again illegal in the Netherlands) without looking options given by the Dutch government. The taken money was given back as a bonus for Christmas!! I always thought that bonus is additional pay, not money cut from salary taken illegally for many months. They don’t work ethically and do not care about their employees. Second important topic is how the company is offering development and promotions to higher positions. Often for higher positions people from outside are preferred and internal people are even not informed about any new openings or encouraged for applying for other positions. To sum up if you like for a working in ethical place and progressing career with career, I won’t recommend this place.

Pros

Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

Cons

Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

Pros

Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

Cons

Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
