Often not even cleaned - expect grubby laptops - Management in certain departments inflexible to WFH (covid has shown it can be done but going forward they will not facilitate WFH willingly - Lack of morale due to excessive workloads and long hours - Hierarchies are used to separate employees - Performance doesn’t equal reward and higher ratings are kept largely for managers and above - Turnover level extremely high and work piles on when employees leave - headcount approval for replacement employees is as rare as a unicorn meaning work just gets lumped at employees - lots of favouritism among managers. No 360 feedback. This affects bonus and salary review (although ranges are so low a high rating rarely helps unless you’re senior management) - Company cut salaries without asking employees approval during pandemic Just avoid.
