Pros
Free coffee in the cafeteria
Cons
Little to no room for growth. Applied internally multiple times and managers have favorites, so they will vengefully put in a bad word with upper level management if you dont stroke their ego. Poor pay, maybe at least 20k below industry standards and you will be working twice as hard only to be micromanaged with them reviewing every detail, questioning on your work, if your assignments really are taking that long, if you are working as hard as you can or if youre just being lazy (theres been a ten-fold increase since covid), pay-cuts, no reimbursements. You have to be prepared to take complete blame for everything and your manager wont help you, only tell you you look like youre struggling. Quick to fire people. VERY high turn over rates. Be warned. I absolutely do not recommend. If you can work any place else, please consider only taking this as your absolute last option
