Pros
I liked my direct manager, he is considerate, polite and supportive. I also liked my coworkers.
Cons
inefficient management estructure, particularly managers in high positions are very busy but are innefective in solving problems. Carreer advancement is not based on performance or objective evaluations. Long working hours. too many procedures makes almost impossible to have total compliance and that you are able to manage anything.
