      Pros

      Very nice, well educated and engaged colleagues. Very interesting domain.

      Cons

      Senior management constantly lays off people (experts, knowledge carriers who are indispensable for the company) without any idea of the consequences - for the fired employees, but also for the colleagues left behind in a chaos. Outdated rank and yank performance concept still in place. Senior management seems to have no interest in clinical research, only in return of investment.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
