      The company has previously acquired a number of organisations with talented people and brands that were leaders in the space with good global reach.

      Cons

      Unsustainable people business model that focuses solely on the “numbers” at the expense of supporting talented people achieve and sustain future growth in their areas by working together (Extensive travel restrictions, high workloads, lack of investment in people and very high team turnover).

      Great team up to director level. Good place to start career, however not many open positions in US

      Cons

      Contracts are often unclear not including all needed services, leading to financial overburn. The company relies on multiple tracking systems, creating inefficiencies and frustrations for employees, and prioritizes hiring in low-cost regions, which are known for high employee turnover.
