      Pros

      Great healthcare, PTO, awesome coworkers

      Cons

      Workload is insane but management doesn't care; which totally negates the generous PTO. Wasteful mandatory corporate meetings put you even more behind so that you're working evenings and weekends instead of spending time with family. IT issues and heavy admin work add to the impossible workload.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
