      Pros

      Didn't have to work long hours.

      Cons

      Looking back at this role, I realise now how poorly run the organisation was. Uncollaborative and poorly-trained management. Lots of unhappy and unfulfilled people in the office which was normalised by management. HR also didn't have a clue what they were doing.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
