      Pros

      Colleagues and Recruiters were great to work with. Annual bonus was decent for CRO.

      Cons

      No loyalty to talented staff, no personal development and minimal merit increases for staff. Base wages significantly lower than other CROs for same role/client.

      Really great manager. Remote work major plus. No micro management. Great pay

      Annual salary increase this year isn't until September which is odd.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
