      Best company and worked 6 years. Good support team and a lovable manager

      I worked India and I relocated Usa.Every thing is good but only concerned was about increments about salaries.

      Pros

      Very little pros to working here other than it's very easy to stay under the radar. The work load is light.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth, eventually got laid off because ICON over hired too many CRAs it could handle. The CRA bridge program was supposed to be only 3-6 months but people we not able to promote despite being there for 2+ years
