Pros
Benefits are great and pay is definitely high. The people in management are really great. The opportunities are endless. Lots of vacation time. Health insurance is cheap.
Cons
Training is horrible, so disorganized. HR exists in a different state... they try to push you and mistakes happen and then they get irritated. Horrible supervisor skills. People yelling in the lab. A power struggle exists. Someone in leadership actually said, "samples go before your own life."
