Pros
Flexible hours, opportunities to work at home, on-site cafeteria, people are really nice to work with
Cons
Merit pay increases and bonuses are not very good, too many inefficient systems that result in redundancy of effort, high staff turnover, staff is allocated to too many projects, high stress level across groups, difficult to replace headcount, not a good work-life balance, exit interviews are no longer conducted when employees leave the company so the reasons they are leaving are not being documented, senior management is far-removed from the day-to-day and out of touch with employees
