Pros
Nice people to work with
Cons
There is a terrible work life balance. Horrible management people coming and going everyday in the company. Focused on profits and not on employee satisfaction.

Cons
I don't have anything negative to say. It was a good experience.

Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.
Cons
Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
