      Pros

      Stable product. If you are part of the suck-ups you can transfer you work to the non-brown nosing clan.

      Cons

      Leadership is only interested in painting a rosy picture. Cannot understand or appreciate what actually needs to be done... greatly appreciates and advances brow-nosers. Incompetent leadership in support functions, picking their employees to be less less competent and knowledgeable than themselves. Backstabbing and actual lack of ethics. Destroying knowledge by pushing out older more experienced employees to lower salary costs.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
