      Pros

      Satisfactory benefits, high-quality people surrounding you, a few specialized fields of activity with secure future

      Cons

      personal growth may be a bit slow, compensation is standard at best, culture shows signs of hierarchy and politics at the mid-high level (not everywhere, but it is present nonetheless). Other than a few weeks per year of tight deadlines, very good work/life balance

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
