Pros
Good employee assistance program and insurance. Excellent prescription plan where routine meds with a 90-day supply are usually no cost.
Cons
They have made progress, but still have a lot of work to do on employee engagement. Work-life balance is not always present and flexibility needs to be better.

Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.
Cons
Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
