      Pros

      - Management is 100% transparent on the global vision for the company - Vacation & holiday policy is above industry standards - More perks than I can count - Very flexible schedules and excellent work/life balance - IT department is super helpful - Very profitable company that shares its financial results openly - Lots of opportunities to get involved in various committees and groups - Diverse culture - Feels like working at a family business!

      Cons

      - Small office in St. Louis (can feel very isolating) - Outdated office decor (although it’s all in very good condition, could use a design refresh)

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
