      Pros

      It started off very well. Very safety conscious, pays well, good benefits, etc.

      Cons

      Not the most diverse company. Senior co workers don't take well to new people, they will throw you under the bus. Training is not the greatest. Communication is terrible! I could go on.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      I don't have anything negative to say. It was a good experience.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
