      Pros

      Lots of great people here to work with. There are career development opportunities here and the management will guide you if you have the drive. The pay here, to my knowledge, is comparable if not better than other businesses in the area. It's an international company with global opportunities. 401k plan here is great!

      Cons

      There are cubicles instead of an open-office policy and the office is fairly bland looking. There are not really any particularly attractive benefits. Limited freedom with decisions that could affect ICL's brand due to the company being based in Israel.

      I learned so much and got so many skills that I still use to this day. Fun culture.

      Cons

      I don't have anything negative to say. It was a good experience.

      Pros

      Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

      Cons

      Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
