There is lots of uncertainty at the moment with reorganisation. The management structure undergoing changes and thus, lack of promotional opportunities. There is a lack of mentoring and guidance for junior staff and you must be self-motivated learner to succeed. Pay-scale is now less than other competitive firms and overtime policies are unfair. Lack of training and learning opportunities.
