      Pros

      Great people, warm and supportive. Nice ethics. Great business, saving lives of thousands of people. A lot of opportunities for traveling.

      Cons

      The proton therapy business has been going down lately due to increased competition. Therefore the company seems to move towards more service and fewer new installations, which is less fun. To see if this is temporary or long term.

      Pros

      Great technologies, Save life. Overall, European company normally does not treat the US employee as the same.

      Cons

      Poor management, Shift can be changed with prior planning. Service Engineers must take a many difference hats. Identify your potential before apply this type of job after graduated. Seems that you don't learn anything after you took your advance operator. However if you know the full knowledge of the Proton B1 or B1+, then you are not using outside of IBA to enhance your career.
