      Pros

      The Benefits are awesome and I love day shift compared to working a lot of second shift at my previous job. The evaluations yearly let you know how you are doing compared to not knowing

      Cons

      I have to travel about 23 miles to work and in the winter it is sometimes hard to get there due to inclimate weather.

      Pros

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
