Having worked here for many, many years, I have always been proud of our products and the great creative and dedicated staff. We have always worked really well together.
Cons
The company is almost unrecognizable from what it was just a few short years ago. After the upper management turned over, they correctly focused on reorganizing in an effort to take us to the next level. However, there is so much focus on making the ultra-rich owners even more ultra-rich, that they are ignoring the years of expertise and passion of their best employees. Why would they lay off IT people and cut benefits when the department is already severely short-handed while sales have continued to grow? Why have salaries and bonuses remained stagnant when unemployment is at a 10 year low? The level of short-sitedness is stunning. The only reason they haven't seen massive turnover as a result of these policies is because many of the veteran employees feel stuck. It's only a matter of time before these short-sighted policies will tank the company.
