      Good and healty work life balans.

      Cons

      Only innovative in Window covering products, People are not motivated to do study. You will only get promoted iff you have a good relation with your manager, and you have a MBA certification. Applied company rules are not followed by management.

      Pros

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
