      Stability, great co workers, professional atmosphere, opportunity if you seek it out

      Cons

      not enough focus on career planning for employees, not as transparent as could be, in past did not get rid of trouble makers quickly enough

      Pros

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
