Pros
They have great benefits and are able to do pay raises and bonuses every year.
Cons
Pay raises are not based on performance, everyone gets the same 3%. Managers are not out of the box thinkers, very little progression. The management style is the bully tactic. There will be retaliation if you saying anything.
