      Hunter Douglas is the industry leader, by far. There are significant advantages to working for the an industry leader, especially when they are innovators like Hunter Douglas. Management implements a long term vision for the company vs managing for the next quarterly earnings report.

      Pros

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
