      Engagement with upper management is open. Pay is great. PTO and Work/Life balance are amazing.

      Pros

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
