      Good people work here, interesting work, large scale impact

      Cons

      Everyone is miserable, management is buckling to please 3G Capitol who are stripping all the quality and initiative out of the company to focus on profit. Very poor salaries for new hires, way more work than reasonable, high turnover now, very low morale, lack of investment into quality. No room for advancement or growth.

      Pros

      There is so much talent with great knowledgeable professionals to work with, they offer great benefits, and bonuses.

      Cons

      Was bought out by a private equity whom are known to do massive layoffs. They completely changed the structure. New owners are a buy, lay off, overwork current employees with leftover work, maximize profit, then sell type of business approach.
