      Pros

      - Very flexible work culture - Benefits are good (unlimited paid time off, no-meeting Fridays etc.) - Organization that supports equity - Aspiring towards being an Inclusive organization

      Cons

      - Fast paced environment which is not for everyone. - Communication from senior leadership is not consistently transparent and that is something that needs more improvement. - The organization encourages and supports change, and in the past this has been at the expense of great people losing their jobs. - More work needs to be done to truly embody a global internal culture
