      I can't think of any besides a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Poor salaries, too many responsibilities for what they pay you, very bad maintenance, no budget for the hotel or even employees. The owners dont care.

      Pros

      The hours were flexible, however there was no guarantee you would get 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      The work was hard, and a lot was demanded of you. 20-25 rooms per day as needed.
