Pros
Location, on St Pete Beach with Gulf views. They didn't micromanage, also there is a good restaurant on the property that gives a 10% discount could be higher being BEACH prices! Also, 7-8 other places within a block to eat! (if you could afford.)
Cons
The maintenance shop is too small to do a lot of projects that need to be done out in the HOT 8-month SUMMER SUN! There's no direct access to the rooms without going outside going through 3 doors. That might not seem too bad until you start carrying ladders and equipment through torrential downpours!
