      Pros

      Lots of hours and technically can never run out of work unless they hired a ton of long lasting individuals.

      Cons

      High turnover, workers burnout or are made to achieve impossible goals. Many are controlled by ownership companies that run several individual hotels in different chains which corrupts the brand pride.

      Pros

      The hours were flexible, however there was no guarantee you would get 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      The work was hard, and a lot was demanded of you. 20-25 rooms per day as needed.
