      Great hourly plus tips. Relaxed environment.

      Definite lack of marketing and attention which leaves the bar/restaurant with a lack of business. Tries to be more than an in house establishment, but lacks the effort from management.

      The hours were flexible, however there was no guarantee you would get 40 hours a week.

      Cons

      The work was hard, and a lot was demanded of you. 20-25 rooms per day as needed.
