      Decent pay-low for comparable manufacturers, ok benefits that seem to drop yearly.

      Cons

      Below average management, if it weren't for the true workers this place would get nothing accomplished. Only a number to management.

      Pros

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
