Pros
Overall a good company. The business structure allows for a wide variety of engineering backgrounds (electrical, mechanical, industrial. The culture is fairly open and allows for easy communication with management
Cons
Flat structure does not allow for much vertical (or horizontal) movement. Part of Honda's culture is job security, but this also can also mean a bloated workforce with some members not able to fully contribute (base on lack of technical skill). Slow moving bureaucracy that can slow projects quickly.
