      -Great deal of overtime -learn a lot about trade -uniforms

      Cons

      -75% travel -no benefits. -low morale. -Employed trough contract for up to a year with possibility of being hired, but it seems that they had no intention of hiring anyone. Immediately following the peak busy season contract employees were let go. -People without experience are in leadership roles. -Lack of help due to understaffed

      Pros

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
