1. The pay is, okay - not fantastic, but you'll survive. 2. There are some great people.
Cons
1. Associates with more seniority get away with torturing those with less. 2. People quickly become jealous of your abilities and try to get rid of you or make you seem incompetent. 3. Degrees are overlooked. Everything is based upon seniority.
