      Great company benefits with the ability to join a value for money car scheme open to all employees. Great HQ location.

      Cons

      Senior leadership do not follow their own corporate values. Employees are seen as a number and no amount of feedback changes the daily operation.

      Pros

      Just Finished my week at the Pro Center will be starting in the ALMC Department at AEP on monday and am personally looking forward to it. Ive read mixed reviews but I believe every experience is what you make it.
